All orders will be sent as soon as possible. It may take up to two working days before orders can be sent. For large orders (e.g quilt kits) please allow for an additional working day before despatch because it may take me extra time to prepare the order for you.

If your order is over £50 then you are entitled to FREE SECOND CLASS UK DELIVERY! YAY!
Please expect all orders to be sent Royal Mail Second Class unless you select First Class Shipping.
UK Second Class post: Delivery time is estimated 2-5 working days.
UK First Class post: Delivery time is 1-3 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: Royal Mail delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 10 working days (2 weeks) after the expected date of delivery. If your parcel gets lost in the post we will work with you to resolve the situation but we will ask you to wait until the parcel is considered lost before reshipping except in exceptional circumstances. If your parcel has not arrived please look around in the bins, sheds, and wherever your parcels are normally left and contact your local sorting office to see if they have any parcels waiting for you as they do not always leave a notification.
All orders will be sent Royal Mail International Tracked.
- USA & WORLDWIDE: £12 GBP
Estimated Delivery time is 5- 7 working days, but can be up to 10 days.
- EUROPE: £10 GBP
Estimated Delivery time is 3-5 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: All international orders are NOT charged VAT at checkout and therefore will be stopped at customs and the correct VAT will be charged for your country at that point. We declare all items in the parcel and the correct invoice total for the parcel.
Please note that this can mean a slight delay in receiving your parcel as customs can take some time to process a parcel.
Any fees/taxes/customs charges incurred when purchasing from international countries are to be paid by the customer.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE ENTERED THE CORRECT ADDRESS. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for parcels with an incorrect address and we reserve the right to charge repeat postage if parcels are returned to us due to incorrect addresses and you would like it reshipping. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your address and we will update this if your parcel has not already been shipped.
